Check-in is 4:30 p.m., you may check in anytime of your arrival date if the site is vacant.
Check-out is 3:30 p.m. A 1-night late fee will be assessed.
With the current winter weather event the following facilities are closed. Staff will be evaluating conditions on a daily basis.
Please use extreme caution using The Woodlands Trace. It is not plowed or treated during snow and ice events.

-Turkey Bay OHV Area
-The Elk & Bison Prairie
-Wranglers Campground
Piney Campground is open March – November and offers 384 well-defined lakefront and wooded sites with: 283 electrical hookup sites; 44 sites with electric, water, and sewer; and 57 primitive sites.
Most sites are capable of handling large motor homes and campers. Piney also has 19 primitive cabins available for nightly rental. Campers have access to modern facilities, including a swimming beach area, archery range, ball field, bike trails, a campfire theater, hiking trails, two boat ramps, and a fishing pier.
In addition, the summer season offers weekend recreation programs for all ages.
