Get up close and personal with the natural world at Woodlands Nature Station. Nestled between Honker and Hematite lakes, this environmental education center serves as the gateway to the 8,500-acre Nature Watch area. Gaze into the eyes of a great horned owl, howl with a coyote, or try to spy one of the elusive red wolves as you explore our backyard.
Thanks to our partnership with the Friends of Land Between the Lakes, our skilled naturalists and interpreters provide a variety of special programs designed to educate and entertain.
