Turkey Bay OHV Area provides designated OHV and primitive trails for OHV camping opportunities.

Piney Campground is open March – November and offers 384 well-defined lakefront and wooded sites various amenities.

Campground is open March. 368 well-defined lakefront and wooded sites for a variety of camping units and a variety of modern facilities.

Energy Lake Campground sits next to an inland lake separated from Lake Barkley by an earthen dam. It offers 13 cabins and 35 well-defined sites.

Land Between the Lakes has Backcountry and Self-service camping options as alternatives to the more developed campgrounds.
